Our vision is that the African American Leadership Organization provides a dynamic environment for dialogue on key issues and establishes an environment that promotes trust and confidence among its members and the community.

 

Other local leadership organizations cover specific platforms of concentration. It is ALO’s mission to merge these platforms, creating a like-minded goal of strengthening the African-American community. 

We intend to work together to take the lead on a transformative agenda that will make improvements regarding these key issues affecting the African American community:
